Nottingham Forest have reportedly agreed a deal to sell Lewis O'Brien to Blackburn Rovers on transfer deadline day.
The Championship outfit came in for the midfielder on Tuesday morning with an offer to gazump suitors West Brom and Sheffield United. Neither club were able to match the offer on the table.
O'Brien would join Rovers on loan until the end of the season. The move could be made permanent in a deal worth £10 million if the club gain promotion to the Premier League, according to football journalist Alan Nixon.
