Nottingham Forest transfer target Remo Freuler is reportedly set to undergo a medical ahead of his move to the City Ground.
The 30-year-old midfielder is set to become the Reds' 13th signing of the summer, joining from Italian side Atalanta for a fee worth €9 million (around £7.6m), plus add-ons.
Freuler is reportedly set to sign a three-year contract to join Steve Cooper's side and will add experience to the Forest midfield after making over 200 appearances in Serie A and 46 caps for the Switzerland national team.

According to The Athletic, the Swiss international has flown to England to complete the final details of his move to Nottingham and complete his medical on Thursday evening.
Freuler will join Orel Mangala and Lewis O'Brien as new midfield reinforcements this summer at Forest. The former Grasshoppers midfielder will compete with Ryan Yates, Cafu and Jack Colback for a place in the middle of the pitch within Cooper's side.
Cooper has backed the club's decision to invest heavily in the playing squad. "We're in the Premier League now, the team you put out has to be able to compete at that level," he said.
"But you also need to have a squad so that if you want to make changes, it can keep the level of what is required.
"That's clear to everybody. But that's good, I want difficult decisions to make and I want problems to solve, in terms of decision-making and hopefully putting the right teams out.
“The guys will know that; that every position needs to be a fair fight for who plays. That’s exactly how I want it.
“We’re still trying to put the final squad together. Yes, there will be more business. We’re still shaping the squad as we want it, and that’s going to be with some new additions.
“We definitely need certain types of profiles in certain positions, to get the team to the vision I have for it. We keep building towards that."
