Joe Worrall insists Nottingham Forest are "still alive" and in the fight to avoid Premier League relegation after Brentford's 2-1 comeback.
Danilo's first-half strike proved not to be sufficient in the end, when both Ivan Toney and Josh Dasilva struck late to take all three points in the capital. The Brazilian was later forced off with injury, leaving Steve Cooper's side down to 10 men, as they were unable to make any more substitutions.
With five games to go, Forest remain in a delicate position - just one point from the drop zone. "It's so frustrating to go 1-0 up just before half-time and basically throw away the hard-earned three points," the Reds captain, Worrall told BBC Sport.

"Not seen the goals back but it looks like we're our own worst enemy again. We played pretty solidly defensively and the shape was there.
"Maybe an outsider might say it is a bit negative but you do anything to get points at this level. The reason we conceded two goals after being 1-0 up is frustrating.
"We should be more of capable of defending our own box and giving Keylor [Navas] some respite. We're still alive, we're still in it and got points to play for.
"That's what makes it such an exciting league and today was not our day. Some results have our way and rode our luck, some we've been hammered."
