Head coach Steve Cooper has named his Nottingham Forest team to face Leeds United in this afternoon’s crunch clash.
The Reds’ focus reverts to the Premier League after their Carabao Cup semi-final exit at the hands of Manchester United. Ahead of kick-off in today’s game at the City Ground they sit 14th in the table, three points above the relegation zone.
Deadline day signings Felipe, Jonjo Shelvey and Keylor Navas were not available for Wednesday night’s 2-0 defeat at Old Trafford. And Cooper has further bolstered his squad since then, with the arrival of free agent Andre Ayew.

Of the latest additions, only Navas is included in the first-team line-up. The Forest boss makes four changes to the side which lost to United in midweek.
Navas comes straight into the starting XI to make his debut, replacing Wayne Hennessey between the posts. Neco Williams, Willy Boly, Scott McKenna and Renan Lodi keep their places to make up the back line.
Remo Freuler, Danilo and Orel Mangala will make up the midfield. Morgan Gibbs-White returns from an ankle problem to take up the number 10 role, supporting Brennan Johnson and Chris Wood in attack.
Wayne Hennessey, Joe Worrall, Jack Colback, Jesse Lingard, Sam Surridge, Serge Aurier, Gustavo Scarpa, Ayew and Felipe make up the list of substitutes.
Forest: Navas; Williams, Boly, McKenna, Lodi; Freuler, Danilo, Mangala; Gibbs-White; Johnson, Wood. Subs: Hennessey, Worrall, Colback, Lingard, Surridge, Aurier, Scarpa, Ayew, Felipe.
