Dee Pardoe, operations manager at CPW, said: “We are so pleased to have won this award as we care about our staff and pride ourselves on giving them the time and resource to develop and upskill. ‘People are our power’ is our ethos and we live by that every day.

“Since we were established in 1978, we have been committed to empowering our teams by investing in every individual, building a strong culture and delivering a clear vision for the business and its future. I’m therefore thrilled this was recognised by the Investors in People judging panel.”

Andy Hill, director at CPW, added: “Supporting and developing our staff is one of our key priorities, so winning the Investors in People Employer of the Year award is a real triumph and testament to our dedication to being a great place to work."
