Nottingham Christmas Winter Wonderland 2019 - everything you need to know

The Nottingham Christmas markets have been expanded further than ever before, welcoming more traders and stalls to the already vast market area.

Along with the festive stalls and traditional chalets, there's a number of impressive pop-up outdoor bars at the 2019 Winter Wonderland.

The Ice bar makes a welcome return, where all drinks are served in real ice glasses.

The Altitude bar is an all-glass chalet offering panoramic views of the markets, and Apres Ski bar Sur-La-Piste offers an alpine experience with live entertainment and a variety of fresh unpasteurised beer.

Foodies can enjoy a host of festive treats in the Continental Food Hall, and for the kids, there's a variety of rides and attractions including: a traditional Carousel, Santa Toy Ride, Helter Skelter and everyone’s favourite skills games.

The new Toboggan slide will offer visitors the chance to slide down King Street in tubes.

The ice rink is also back for 2019, with 750 square metres of pristine ice right in the city centre, overlooked by the twinkling feature tree.

With all this on offer, it's definitely worth the journey.
