Nottingham beautician Sophie Draper appears to have rejected being on Love Island with just days to go. She was rumoured to appear on this season of the hit ITV2 show but turned it down four days before.
Sophie, who runs Sophie Laura Beauty in West Bridgford, posted a video on TikTok explaining that she decided not to fly to Mallorca. She uploaded a video where she does a current trend where people cough over a caption that says "you must be sick if..." which suggests they did whatever the rest of the caption says.
Sophie's read: "You must be sick if you would turn down Love Island four days before you're meant to fly." People in the comments were quick to express their laughter.

The comment section was filled with laughing emojis but also a few expressing their disappointment. Ditzi Luxe said: "Nooo you would have been iconic." Another asked: "Why did you decline."
Sophie responded to one TikTok user who thought she was lying with: "Why would I make it up." The 22 year old was the first rumoured Islander this year after splitting up from her boyfriend of four years, former Nottingham Forest footballer Matty Cash.
She has 21k Instagram followers and is reportedly friends with former Love Island members and some of the TOWIE cast. Sophie already leads a jet setting lifestyle as she regularly posts her trips to Dubai.
