The film told of bookseller William Thacker, played by Grant, falling in love with film star Anna Scott, played by Roberts, after they meet in the shop.
Listed for £2,375,000, the flat has an open-plan reception room, kitchen with exposed brick wall and a terrace outdoors.
The gift shop below still has the blue facade from the film.
