'Nothing is known yet': Celtic-linked prodigy addresses future as Euro clubs circle

In a recent interview, Costa Rican international Andy Rojas has openly addressed the persistent rumours surrounding his potential move to Celtic.

Rojas, who currently plies his trade for Herediano in his home country, has expressed his strong desire to test his skills on the European stage.

And his club confirmed last week that they have received two official bids for the talented midfielder, further fuelling speculation about his future.

Rojas has been a standout performer for his domestic side, and his performances have caught the eye of several European suitors, with his cameo against Colombia at Copa America only adding to his value if Brendan Rodgers and Co come calling.

"Nothing is known about my future yet," the 18-year-old explained.

"I am happy to win my first title with Herediano. I have to focus on being here until I am told something differently. I have to wait and see what happens.

"I'm calm, I'm still here in Costa Rica and the time will come, right now, I'm only thinking about being professional.

"But I have always dreamed of playing in Europe and I hope it comes true.

"Playing in the Copa America was a great experience for me and the coaching staff there told me to keep working and keep my feet on the ground.

"For me, it was another level and I hope I can keep improving to reach that stage again."
