Jurgen Klopp has revealed he is unlikely to watch Man City’s game against Brighton on Wednesday night.
Having beaten Pep Guardiola’s side in the FA Cup semi-finals on Saturday, Liverpool overtook City at the top of the Premier League table on Tuesday night after thrashing Manchester United 4-0 at Anfield.
The reigning champions could regain top spot if they beat Brighton, who have taken points off the Reds, Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham this season. But despite the ramifications the match could have on Klopp’s own side, the German admitted he is unlikely to watch the game.
