Harry Kane batted away criticism regarding his theatrical reaction to Abdoulaye Doucoure's red card, insisting he has no regrets over the incident.
The Tottenham Hotspur striker became the centre of attention after the full-time whistle in last week's 1-1 draw at Goodison Park after falling to the ground when feeling the contact of Doucoure's hand on his face. The Everton midfielder could have no complaints over his dismissal, but Kane's actions were nonetheless viewed as disappointing to see.
Sean Dyche made his feelings clear on the England international tumbling to the turf, reacting furiously on the touchline after seeing the striker ensure there was going to be an easy decision for referee David Coote to make.

Making light of the situation at his press conference last week, the Everton boss joked he feared Doucoure had 'snapped the eyelash' of Kane and made clear he was not seeking an apology from his midfielder.
Plenty has been said about Spurs' all-time leading scorer in recent days, but Kane himself has insisted he has not allowed all the outside noise to become a distraction. Speaking after his side's 1-0 win over Brighton on Saturday, the 29-year-old said: “I'm good. I've not heard anyone say it was not a red card.
"At the end of the day that's football, that's the way it goes and people have their opinions. My focus was on trying to help the team in this game and that's what I did.”
