Hamilton Accies have confirmed that they have accepted bids from Norwich City and Leeds United for youngsters Gabriel Forsyth and Josh McDonald.
But chairman Allan Maitland has booted out a bid from Brighton and Hove Albion for midfielder Ryan One, although he expects to reach an agreement with the Premier League club.
Maitland says the moves confirm that the club's youth academy is thriving, with under-16 and 18 teams winning their leagues, and qualifying for the UEFA Youth League.
A statement issued by the club this evening reads: "I would confirm that i have reached final agreements with Norwich and Leeds United for the formal transfer of Gabriel Forsyth and Josh McDonald, retrospectively.
"In addition, I have rejected a formal offer from Brighton for Ryan One, with the expectation that an agreement will eventually be reached.
"This sale resonates with our first prominent graduates James McCarthy, Brian Easton and James McArthur, who are the only trio to ever be transferred from any youth academy to the English Premier League.
"As ever, the agreements contain substantial 'add-ons' that have benefitted the club so much in the past and will continue to do so"
