After canceling a number of exotic cruises and Caribbean sailings scheduled for late 2025 and early 2026 to make way for new Caribbean itineraries, Norwegian Cruise Line has announced another wave of Caribbean cruise cancellations for the same time period.
As part of a major fleet redeployment plan designed to introduce enhanced voyages and meet passenger demand, the cruise line already replaced winter 2025 – 2026 itineraries on Norwegian Star, Norwegian Dawn and Norwegian Jewel.

The new schedules feature a wider variety of Caribbean itineraries and shorter cruise lengths, with Norwegian Star and Norwegian Dawn offering a completely new lineup of Caribbean cruises from Tampa, Florida. The new itineraries replaced Norwegian Jewel’s sailings from Tampa that were canceled as the ship was redeployed to Miami.
The redeployment plan also replaced Norwegian Jade’s Panama Canal and Caribbean itineraries from Miami and Panama City with Mexican Riviera and West Coast cruises from San Diego.
Now, an additional round of cancellations just announced for November 2025 to April 2026 has scrapped sailings on four more ships - Norwegian Bliss, Norwegian Encore, Norwegian Breakaway and Norwegian Joy.
