North Wales holiday park acquired

UK Caravans Direct has acquired Pentre Mawr Caravan Park in North Wales.

The holiday park in the coastal town of Pensarn extends to 5.5 acres and offers over 100 pitches.

Property advisory firm acted for private clients on the sale, the value of which has not been disclosed.

Richard Prestwich, director in Savills’ leisure and trade related team at Savills, said: “We have worked with the owners of Pentre Mawr Caravan Park for a number years and are delighted to complete the sale of this established holiday park to an independent local holiday park operator.

“Holiday parks of this scale continue to draw significant investor interest, particularly for assets located in prime tourist destinations. We wish both parties all the best for the future.”
