The weather forecast is a mixed bag over the coming days, with clouds and rain expected tomorrow before much sunnier spells land on Wednesday.
There'll be sunny intervals tomorrow morning according to experts at the Met Office, however, showers are expected around midday before the thick white clouds swoop the skies. It's looking to be gloomy from midday, all the way through until Wednesday.
But as the 22nd of March rolls around, North East residents will be able to lap up much nicer weather, with a sunnier day in general to look forward to. Forecasters expect sun from start to finish, with reasonable temperatures between 11C and 7C anticipated.

The Met Office says: "Rather cloudy during the morning, with heavy showers. These will ease during the afternoon, with some sunny spells developing before more persistent rain and stronger winds arrive during the evening.
"Maximum temperature 12 °C."
