North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum made controversial remarks on Friday morning, suggesting that President Biden is being shielded from the public due to his alleged declining condition. Burgum likened the situation to a 'Soviet-style' cover-up, claiming that Biden's abilities are in question.

He insinuated that Biden may be unaware of his limitations in carrying out his duties.

Burgum went on to accuse Biden of being surrounded by individuals who are complicit in concealing his true state from the American people. He described the situation as reminiscent of tactics used in authoritarian regimes, where leaders' health issues are downplayed or hidden from public view.

It is worth noting that Burgum is reportedly being considered as a potential running mate for former President Trump in the upcoming election. When asked about Trump's decision on a vice-presidential candidate, Burgum responded that only Trump himself knows the answer.
