Normal People star Paul Mescal has set pulses racing by jogging shirtless in tight white shorts.
The hunky Irish actor, 24, was seen getting his daily exercise by going for a jog in East London.
Paul was seen out in the glorious sunshine working up a sweat and showing off his toned physique, wearing only a pair of skimpy white O'Neill's shorts and black trainers.
However, even without a shirt, he cannot be seen without a chain on.
His breakout role as Connell Waldron won Paul a legion of admirers at home, with him regularly stripping off for some explicit sex scenes with co-star Daisy Edgar-Jones who played Normal People's leading lady, Marianne Sheridan.
A trademark of these scenes was that throughout, Connell always wore a signature gold chain.
In fact, the chain has its own cult following, spawning a popular Instagram account called @connellschain, which boasts over 157,000 followers.
Naturally then, as these pictures of Paul out for a run made it on social media and his fans were quickly all hot and bothered over them.
One wrote on Twitter : "Those pics of Paul mescal out on his run honestly girls not able."
Another admirer commented: "Ohh my, how am I gonna sleep now after seeing that pic."
"Are you trying to give me a heart attack?" asked another fan.
Meanwhile, one social media user tweeted: "Oh damn Paul Mescal really is running around London shirtless."
Finally, one concluded about the running episode: "His thighs have truly been the greatest gift of quarantine."
While a large section of the internet thirsts over Paul, he has been busy on Instagram wishing his co-star and friend Daisy a very happy birthday.
Taking to Instagram and posting photos of his friend and their time filming and promoting their hit series, he wrote: "Happy birthday to this LEGEND! @daisyedgarjones you are one of a kind. Have the best day ever ❤️"
Daisy replied with heart emojis and the message: "THANK YOU PAULIO".
Oh, we love these two!
