“KCR just wants to divert the attention of the people of Telangana from raging issues like unemployment. He met West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and others earlier also but what happened then? “Where are the job notifications when the Pay Revision Commission (PRC) itself said there are 1.90 lakh vacancies? There has been no recruitment for teachers, language pandits and Group 1 posts in the last seven years. “Many youths are worried about being ineligible due to the age factor and accused the government of making ‘false promises’ and later giving ‘false information’ about 1.32 lakh jobs given during the MLC polls when a mere 35,000 posts were filled through the TS Public Service Commission. Residential welfare schools are forced to recruit teachers on contract basis for paltry salaries,” he reminded.
Many newly-formed districts and revenue divisions to decentralise administration were not serving the purpose due to lack of staff and none of the grievances of the people were being solved, the BJP leader added.
