Ninja has launched a major change to its shopping policy, one which could save customers hundreds of pounds when it comes to buying a new kitchen gadget.
Air fryers, outdoor BBQ grills and everything from blenders to soup makers have become in-demand products from the household-named brand. Its range of air fryers are particularly popular thanks to its cost-effective cooking style, as households swap out expensive-to-run hobs and ovens.
The money saved on using one of its air fryers is a huge selling point for customers and one which sees new products sell out within minutes of being released. And there's one new update which could change the guarantee given to shoppers.
Despite a huge saving on cooking costs, Ninja's air fryers cost as much as £269.99, around £100 more expensive than rival brands (Ninja's Foodi Max versus Lakeland's Dual Basket), so its vital shoppers have access to protection when spending that amount of money.
And the latest shopping update from Ninja does exactly that.
Ninja has extended its guarantee on all purchases, and it even backdates to previous purchases on all made after January 1 2023. Shoppers now have a full two-year guarantee on all of its products.
The update was made via one of its usual shopping emails, the new warranty now means shoppers can get their money back if their product breaks within the stated time frame.
The Ninja website states: "A household appliance like a blender or a kitchen system constitutes a sizeable investment. Your new machine needs to work properly for as long as possible.
"The guarantee it comes with is an important consideration – and reflects how much confidence the manufacturer has in its product and manufacturing quality."
