Pop star Kavana looks so different now to his Nineties heyday.
The heartthrob singer, whose real name is Anthony Kavanagh, is most famous for his 1997 hit I Can Make You Feel Good, which came out when he was just 20.
Revealing he turned 45 years old on Friday, he posted a selfie wearing a Superman dressing gown with the caption: “What a 45 years so far.”
His fans were quick to comment on the post with one saying: “Never too old to wear a superman dressing gown eh. Happy Birthday!”
Another wrote: “Looking great and handsome as ever, have a great day xxx.”

“Happy Birthday. I have fond memories in my teens seeing you as a support act for PJ and Duncan in Bristol,” a third commented.
“This pic reminds me of one of your Smash Hits covers,” a fourth chimed in.
While a fifth – referencing his alcohol addiction issues in the past - added: “Happy birthday. It’s good to see those eyes twinkling again. Hope all is good in your world x.”
The star posted the same pic on Instagram in October, as he shared he is now eight months sober.
The singer first made the decision to quit booze in January 2021, but suffered a relapse 100 days into his recovery.
In April last year he said he felt “guilty and sick” that he had let himself down and vowed to get back on the wagon.
At the time he wrote: "Ok. I think it's important for me to be transparent about my recovery.
"I relapsed after 100 days of sobriety. I feel guilty and sick and I hate myself after letting the people I love down. I thought I knew better. I have to start again."
A couple of weeks earlier, he had been celebrating being three months sober with his fans.
He wrote: “3 Months sober today. I've been here before but certainly feel a sense of freedom and clarity this time.
“If you are struggling there is no shame in reaching out, in fact it shows strength. And trust me - it helps.”
In addition to his singing career, Kavana, who came out as gay in 2014, appeared on MTV series Undressed in the Noughties.
He also had a recurring acting role as Will in Hollyoaks, came seventh in the 2015 series of Celebrity Big Brother and appeared on The Voice UK, but failed to get through the audition stage.
The singer later joined forces with Adam Rickett, Gareth Gates, Dane Bowers and Kenzie to start a supergroup called 5th story.
