Star athletes ranging across all sports showed off their Halloween costumes on Tuesday, though not every superstar was keen to take part in the festivities.
Nuggets star Nikola Jokic was among those less interested in Halloween, opting against dressing up in a costume this year. While his teammates went all out with their outfits, Jokic showed up in a sweatshirt and sweatpants for the team’s flight to Minnesota ahead of Wednesday’s game vs. the Timberwolves.
When reporters asked Jokic if he had a costume he’d be pulling out for the holiday, he told them he had no plans of dressing up on Tuesday.
“You going to dress up for Halloween?” one reporter asked Jokic at his press conference on Monday night.
“No,” he responded, before his media availability ended.

Although the likes of DeAndre Jordan, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Aaron Gordon, Reggie Jackson, and even head coach Michael Malone were all dressed to impress on Halloween, Jokic seemingly wanted no part of it.
NBA fans might be disappointed not to see Jokic donning any extravagant costume this year, but it doesn’t appear likely that his opinion on the holiday will be swayed.
