Nikola Jokić has sat through enough press conferences during his already amazing NBA career to know what to expect from reporters after a game. On Monday night, he took it upon himself to run his own media availability. After the Nuggets’ win over the Pelicans, the reigning Finals MVP sat down in front of reporters and started off by saying, “I know what you’re gonna ask. Ready, guys?”
He proceeded to answer his own questions.
“Yes, Julian [Strawther] was really good today,” Jokić said.
He went on to give in-depth analysis on the performance of his other teammates as if he was being asked, adding, “Yes, we feel really confident with Collin [Gillespie] playing with us.”

The whole two-minute monologue was hilarious and media members could be heard laughing off camera. At the end of the video, one reporter asked Jokić, “Was that the end of your podcast?” And the two-time MVP finally broke a smile before asking if reporters had any other questions.
