Nicole Scherzinger teases potential Pussycat Dolls reunion on The Jonathan Ross Show

Nicole Scherzinger dropped some major hints about a forthcoming Pussycat Dolls reunion during filming for The Jonathan Ross Show.

The girl band, consisting of Jessica Sutta, Ashley Roberts, Kimberly Wyatt, Melody Thornton, Carmit Bachar and Scherzinger, disbanded in 2010.

Scherzinger and many of her former bandmates have since pursued solo careers, but the X Factor judge said that she “wouldn’t rule out” a comeback for the group, suggesting that the chances of a reunion look stronger than ever.

“I can’t confirm anything right now but I wouldn’t rule it out,” she told Ross. “We are talking.”

The host then asked her: “And the fact that you are talking means there’s a good chance of it happening?”

Scherzinger replied: “Yes. We haven’t talked in many years so we are talking now.”

The singer appeared on Ross’s sofa alongside her X Factor co-star Louis Walsh, who backed Megan McKenna to win the star-studded singing competition.

“She is honestly amazing,” Walsh said. “And she is a great songwriter and she’s a great person. She’s everything I thought she wasn’t before the show and then I went to her house and she is just amazing.

“I had seen her on Big Brother and TOWIE and reality shows and she was kinda loud. She wasn’t always the perfect person.”

Scherzinger also praised the former reality star, adding: “It’s great because I hadn’t seen her and when I saw her at Simon’s house I just fell in love with her and her voice.”

The judges will appear on The Jonathan Ross Show alongside Poldark actress Eleanor Tomlinson, comedian Tom Allen and England rugby players Ben Youngs, Tom Curry, Manu Tuilagi and Joe Marler.

The Jonathan Ross Show airs November 9 at 10pm on ITV.
