Nicole Scherzinger is ready to step back onto the big stage after fans were left disappointed by the cancelled Pussycat Dolls tour.
It'll be the singer's for solo tour in eight years after previously turning her back on making her own music to focus on her band and TV career.
And while the girl band's eagerly anticipated reunion tour never made it to stage, she has now announced she will instead go solo.
Talking from an intimate show in Los Angeles, The Sun reports the Don't Cha singer, 43, as saying: "I’ve been doing some writing lately, working on this album."
She has had five solo Top Ten singles to do, including her smash hit Don't Hold Your Breath.
She performed the track at her small gig as beau Thom Evans watched on.
She also performed one of her newly-penned tunes titled Never Going Back. In revealing lyrics, Nicole belted out: "I've been underestimated, undermined, underrated.
"If you only knew what it takes every day just to defeat it.
"See you don’t know where I came from, you don’t know what I’m made of, you don’t know.
"If you ain’t living my story, then you ain’t living my glory . . . I ain’t never going back. I’ve come too far for this, I fought too hard to miss."
Her decision to make a U-turn on tour as a solo artist will come as a surprise to many of her fans who had been looking forward to the Pussycat Dolls being back together.
It was thought the group had planned to release a set of songs together and were ready to sign a new management deal.
However, Nicole isn't looking back and hinted she's nearly ready to release on album of her own titled Warrior.
Earlier in the month, the Hawaiian-native showed off her stunning figure as she posed on a beach wearing a daring thong bikini.
The musician shared the photos - which showed her wearing a two-piece swimwear set including a thong - with her 5.2 million followers on Instagram.
She wrote: "Have a cheeky week everyone! Wishing you ... swipe right to find out." The final slide showed the words 'love, peace and happiness' written in the sand.
The post was extremely well received by her followers who sent a hoard of well wishes and complimentary messages to the star.
