Lewis Hamilton
One of Nicole's longest relationships was her on-off romance with Lewis Hamilton.
After meeting at the 2007 MTV Europe Music Awards in Munich, the pair eventually went on to date until they finally called it quits in 2015.
Their relationship lasted for seven years and was full of highs and lows, with Nicole and Lewis said to have split on at least three separate occasions.
During a break in 2013, Nicole admitted the split had left her an emotional mess, saying: "It's been a tough year."
"I am not a robot and I wear my heart on my sleeve. At the end of the day I want to be a professional and make it about the contestants and not about me," she continued as she broke down in tears during The X Factor.
Lewis and Nicole reportedly ended their relationship for a final time because she wanted to get married, but the driver wasn't ready.
They're thought to have remained friends despite the split.
Nick Cannon
Nick Cannon has been linked to a number of women over the years, including singer Mariah Carey.
The 42-year-old talk show host claimed to have had a relationship with Nicole during an interview with radio personality Big Boy in 2014.
Asked to name the famous women he had relations with, Nick replied: "Christina Milian, Nicole Scherzinger, Selita Ebanks, and Kim Kardashian."
Nicole has never spoken publicly about her relationship with Nick.
Grigor Dimitrov
Towards the end of 2015, Nicole moved on from her relationship with Lewis Hamilton and started dating professional tennis player Grigor Dimitrov.
News of their romance first broke when they were spotted kissing and packing on the PDA during a trip to Australia, where Nicole had travelled to support the Bulgarian sportsman.
Nicole and Grigor were in a long-distance romance for almost four years as she stayed in Los Angeles while he travelled around the world to play tennis.
However, Grigor's hectic work schedule badly affected the relationship and the couple ultimately broke up in 2019.
"It's not easy. The schedules are very heavy. But she's doing a better job than I am at being able to come to most of the places I'm at," Grigor admitted to Mr Porter Journal in 2018.
Harry Styles
Harry Styles first met Nicole when he auditioned for The X Factor as a solo artist, before the former Pussycat Doll helped to make him a member of One Direction.
Three years later, the pair allegedly enjoyed a brief romance while she was on a break from Lewis Hamilton.
A source told The Sun : "They had a dalliance at the end of the X Factor in 2013 and met up again early last year.
"Harry was obviously very taken by Nicole who is stunning and he had always looked up to her."
They added: "They hooked up over there years later when Harry had matured and was a member of the world’s biggest band."
Nick Hexum
During the early days of her career, Nicole was romantically linked to the lead singer of 311, Nick Hexum.
The pair met backstage at a concert in 2000 and went on to date for four years, with Nicole and Nick even getting engaged at one point.
However, things weren't meant to be for the couple and they split in 2004.
Nick went on to marry Nikki Hexum on New Year's Eve in 2008 and the couple have three daughters together.
Thom Evans
Nicole met rugby player Thom Evans when he competed on the X Factor: Celebrity back in 2019. He was a member of the boyband Try Star alongside Ben Foden and Levi Davis.
After Thom eventually plucked up the courage to ask Nicole on a date, the pair have been inseparable ever since.
They've kept fans updated on their blossoming romance on social media and have headed on a number of lavish holidays together.
The couple have now gotten engaged as they enjoyed a holiday to Hawaii. They shared the news of their engagement with their Instagram followers on Tuesday.
Nicole and Thom shared a picture of the proposal as Thom got down on one knee while Nicole covered her face with her hands.
Confirming the engagement, Nicole told her followers on the platform: "I said yes". Whilst her fiancé Thom wrote in the caption that accompanied his post: "My Ever After".
