The reunion comes after Nicole recently got engaged to rugby player partner Thom Evans. The couple have been an item since the beginning of 2020.
They seem to be preparing to spend their futures together after Thom reportedly got down on one knee back in July.

A friend close to the couple told the Daily Mail: "They are getting married."
The publication also reported: "The couple have just returned from a holiday in Mykonos, Greece, where Evans is thought to have proposed."
Nicole and Thom were originally brought together thanks to The X Factor: Celebrities which aired on ITV back in 2019.
