Nicole Kidman has shared adorable throwback pictures proving she was a happy “cat girl” as a child.
Kidman reflected on her childhood pets - Priscilla, Chauncy and Gregory - as she shared some cute childhood photos on Instagram.
The 52-year-old celebrated International Cat Day on social media on Thursday to pay tribute to the three cats she grew up with.
The actress wrote in the caption: “I’ve always been a cat girl (and now I’m a cat and dog girl!).
"Celebrating #InternationalCatDay with a #TBT of some of the cats I grew up with: Priscilla, Chauncy and Gregory."
Just last month the Aquaman star announced on the picture-sharing platform that she had brought a puppy into her family, mentioning that she had “been waiting my whole life for this!”
Her throwback photos come after the Destroyer star told Vanity Fair she is always willing to “keep changing”.
She added: “I’m far more raw and honest now, before I used to be so scared. Now I’m just like, ‘What the hell. Share, share ideas’.
“It’s not safe to do that sometimes because you’re suddenly exposed. But it makes you feel closer to people.”
She added: “I’ve done weird films and things that are so obtuse, which I’m still committed to because I like performance art and not conforming to what everyone expects of you.”
