Nicolas Raskin is wanted by Rangers - but there's a clutch of Europe's elite on the case of the Belgian midfielder.
Th 21-year-old is out of contract at Ronny Deila's Standard Liege and has been bombed to their 'B' team while his future is left up in the air. Light Blues boss Michael Beale denied that a pre-contract had been signed for Raskin to move to Glasgow on a free this summer before their 2-0 win over St Johnstone on Saturday.
But they aren't the only ones after him and there could be big name competition for his signature, according to reports abroad. La Capitale claim that runaway Serie A leaders Napoli are one of those interested in his services and with them being on the verge of losing a midfielder, they see the Rangers target as an ideal replacement, for he has a great future ahead in their eyes.
Another Champions League last 16 competitor in Club Brugge are also interested. Then there's Marseille of France and Galatasaray in Turkey also taking an interest Goals from James Tavernier and Glen Kamara sealed a comfortable win for Beale's side. New signing Todd Cantwell started and impressed on his first start since arriving from Norwich City.
