Nicola Sturgeon is to give an update on the covid pandemic today.
The First Minister will deliver a statement to MSPs at the Scottish Parliament this afternoon.
It comes as restrictions have continued to ease throughout the country amid rising case numbers.
Yesterday, the Scottish Government reported less than 6,000 new covid cases for the first time this year.
The latest figures showed that 5,887 people had tested positive in the previous 24 hours.

What can we expect to hear?
Restrictions have begun to be eased across Scotland as case numbers have fallen. Yesterday saw the return to a 'hybrid' form of working for employees, who are encouraged to split their time between home working and the office.
Ms Sturgeon is expected to discuss if any other plans to continue to ease rules will go ahead.

The update will take place some time after 2pm, and is expected to begin at around 2.30pm.
