Nicola Peltz has showcased a new moody look after she and her new husband Brooklyn opened up about a rumoured spat her mother-in-law.
The actress, 27, was reportedly embroiled in a fallout with fashion designer Victoria Beckham, 48, following Nicola’s wedding in April.
Rumours sparked as fans began to notice Nicola and Victoria appeared ‘distant’ on social media, reportedly slowing interaction together.
It was also claimed a row was sparked for a number of reasons from "conflicting cultures" to apparent "tension" between the in-laws.
But now Nicola has opened up about the rumours in a bid to set the record straight.
She has since posted some edgy shots to her Instagram, which boasts 2.7 million followers, teasing her involvement in a Hulu show.
Nicola is involved in Welcome to Chippendales and tagged them in the black and white snaps.
“I can’t wait to see it,” shared husband Brooklyn on his Instagram story. “You are the most talented person.
“So so so proud of you my gorgeous wife. Words can’t describe how proud I am of you.”
Both Nicola and Brooklyn shared the snaps which have received more than 10,000 likes from fans.
The moody frames come after Brooklyn and Nicola cleared up the comments about the alleged feud with her mother-in-law Victoria.
“I’ve learned they’re always going to try to write stuff like that,” Brooklyn told Variety in their latest “Power of Young Hollywood” issue.
He was quick to clarify that “everyone gets along” which he said was “good”.
Nicola denied any drama with the designer, but admits rumours started when she didn’t wear a Victoria Beckham-brand gown on her wedding day, opting for Valentino.
“I was going to and I really wanted to, and then a few months down the line, she realized that her atelier couldn’t do it, so then I had to pick another dress,” she said.
“She didn’t say you can’t wear it; I didn’t say I didn’t want to wear it. That’s where it started, and then they ran with that.”
Brooklyn insisted things in the fold are fine as he added: "I’ve learned they’re always going to try to write stuff like that.
“They’re always going to try and put people down.”
Elsewhere in the interview, the couple discussed their plans to start a family of their own as Brooklyn said: "I keep saying to my wife, I can't wait to be a dad.
"I'm ready to have kids, but I always tell my wife, whenever you want."
