Nicola Coughlan has taken to social media to thank fans for their support after Bridgerton broke a major Netflix record this week.
The period drama with a modern twist is now the streaming platform’s most-watched English language show with over 627.11 million hours viewed.
Coughlan has teased fans of the show to "just wait till you see what we’re cooking up for Season 3" as she reacted to the incredible news.

The show has been breaking records since it first hit our screens back in December 2020, but season two has gone on to smash more records.
Nicola, who plays Penelope Featherington in the hit series, took to Instagram to thank fans amid the exciting news.
“Really, truly, mind-blowingly bonkers,” she wrote.
“Thank you all so much for watching, re-watching and sharing your love for #Bridgerton, it means the world.
“Just wait till you see what we’re cooking up for Season 3."
Some reports have suggested that the Galway-born actress will play a much more prominent part in the show next season.
As for how long we have to wait until the next installment, last month Lady Whistledown herself gave a hint about the filming schedule, while Coughlan told Women's Wear Daily's Instagram that she expects to start filming this summer.
Going by that schedule, there could be a chance of new episodes as soon as spring or summer 2023.
