Nick Chubb’s reported Week 7 return is a huge boost for the Browns and fantasy managers

The Cleveland Browns may finally catch a break this season with the return of elite running back Nick Chubb.

After Chubb suffered a severe knee injury last September that ended his season, Cleveland.com reporter Mary Kay Cabot shared on Saturday night that he is expected to return to the field in Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Chubb finally returning to the football field after more than a year away is a huge win for NFL fans who love watching the running back play on Sundays.

It’s also a huge win for fantasy managers who stashed him on their rosters for when he would return this season.

While the Browns have been downright bad on offense this year, getting Chubb back should help steady the run game if he can return to form. The passing game probably isn’t going anywhere any time soon with quarterback Deshaun Watson throwing the ball.

Chubb was always an outstanding fantasy option to start at running back, and he’ll at worst be a solid starter once more for Cleveland and any fantasy teams unless the injury hampered his explosiveness.

His return should help the Browns find more of a spark on offense and should help your fantasy team look even more intimidating than it already did.
