The Cleveland Browns are about to take on the Washington Commanders in their second preseason game of the 2023 season. While the majority of starters will play a series or two in this one, including quarterback Deshaun Watson, WEWS’s Camryn Justice has reported that Nick Chubb and Myles Garrett are among 18 players who will not play in this game.
Newcomer Shelby Harris is among them as well as he is still getting acclimated to a new franchise after signing this week.
