Nick Cannon forgets daughter Onyx as he struggles to name all 12 of his children

Nick Cannon forgot his daughter Onyx when naming all 12 of his children in a radio show challenge.

The TV star was asked to recite how many kids he had and their names during an interview on The Howard Stern show but things became awkward when he only managed to name 11 of them.

The show's host, Howard, pointed out Nick's mistake and revealed the name of his daughter that he had appeared to have forgotten, and said: "Poor Onyx."

The Masked Singer host then laughed off his mistake, saying to Howard: "Ah, no! You know, I did. You threw me off, because I was going in order!"

Nick shares the six-month-old child with model LaNisha Cole, 41. In total he has eight songs and four daughters between six different mothers.

He shares 11-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan, with pop star and ex-wife Mariah Carey. The pair were married from 2008 to 2016.

Nick has three children with Brittany Bell. They share two sons, Golden Sagon, six, Rise Messiah, six months, and a daughter, Powerful Queen, two.

He also shares twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir and a four-month-old daughter, Beautiful Zeppelin, with Abby De La Rosa.

Nick has son nine-month-old son Legendary Love with Selling Sunset star Bre Tiesi, daughter Onyx with LaNisha and daughter Halo Marie, who is only three-months-old with Alyssa Scott.

Despite having fathered 12 children in a decade, Nick has no plans on stopping anytime soon and has eyed up Taylor Swift as his next baby mother.

He told Howard that he was "all in" on the idea and reckons he and Taylor would "really understand each other."

"I think she would relate to me very well, based off of like, 'Yo, you've dated a lot of people in the public eye, so have I,' so we probably would really understand each other," he said.

However, Nick's remarks didn't go down well with Taylor's fans, with many calling out his "pathetic" and "misogynistic" comments.

One fan tweeted: "This is how straight men display casual misogyny, in the guise of 'jokes'."

Another said: "Nothing has ever showcased Nick Cannon's disgusting misogyny quite like him publicly saying he wants to impregnate a famous stranger. I can't fathom thinking that was an okay thing to say, even if it's a 'joke'. Like wtf."
