Nick Bosa recently shared his praise and admiration for Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love, but he may have possibly shaded Love’s predecessor, Aaron Rodgers, in the process.
Many of the storylines this season have been centered around what Jordan Love would do now that Aaron Rodgers was elsewhere. It took Love a bit to get going, but an excellent outing against Kansas City earlier this season had his teammates rallying behind him and wearing turkey leg shirts to support him.
Things got even better when the Packers went into AT&T Stadium and steamrolled the Cowboys during NFC wild card weekend. Love’s game caught the eye of defensive lineman Nick Bosa whose San Francisco 49ers host the Packers on Saturday, January 20.
While giving his thoughts about the game this week to local media, Bosa called out — but also didn’t call out? — Aaron Rodgers’ playing style while praising Jordan Love.
Nick Bosa said Packers have, “a quarterback who does exactly what he’s coached to do. Aaron Rodgers is a HOF’er & unbelievable but he kinda went outside of the realm of coaching & sometimes it’s good when you have a guy who does what he’s coached to do.” pic.twitter.com/T0yAXDqm5L
