Niall Horan showed off the medical boot he's stuck in after snapping the ligaments in his foot on a boozy night out.
The former One Direction star, 26, told fans he was "about six pints deep" when he went running through the streets, only to fall and suffer the nasty injury.
The singer took to his Instagram story to show the painful-looking green and black bruises that have shown up on his ankle.
Niall has also added short video clips to one of his running Instagram story highlights, in which he steps up to the mirror every day to show what he's wearing.
The last couple of clips show the new addition to his wardrobe - a plastic medical boot.
Confessing what happened during a lie video, he said: "I was running drunk and in these new streets, you can drive down them and they're also sometimes pedestrianised, they look like they're made to be pedestrianised.
"They are not like a real tarmacked street, so the kerb looks the same as the actual driveable road and there was a little kerb."
He went on: "I was about six pints deep. I was chasing my cousin, missed the kerb and went over my ankle.
"I snapped all the ligaments on the outside of my foot. I've got such ugly feet or I'd show the world how bruised it is."
Thankfully, Niall has time to recover from his injury with his tour dates postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Niall recently broke cover with his new girlfriend Amelia Woolley as they were spotted out in public together for the first time.
Niall and the designer shoe buyer, 23, are reported to have been dating for around three months after finding love and "intense" feelings for each other during lockdown.
They were recently pictured out together in South London after enjoying an Italian meal together now that lockdown restrictions have eased.
An insider said last month that Niall and Amelia's blossoming romance has "intensified" during the UK's coronavirus lockdown.
A source told MailOnline: "Niall is very serious about Amelia, lockdown has definitely intensified his feelings for her.
"Niall has been seeing Amelia for the last two months.
"He thinks Amelia's gorgeous but they also really get on – and she's told close friends this could be the real deal."
