A London NHS Trust has denied giving permission for footage of child victims from the war in Gaza to be projected onto the walls of one of its main hospitals.
Footage posted on social media last night showed images of injured Palestinian children projected onto the main wall of St Thomas’ Hospital in Lambeth.
The images were posted alongside captions reading "don’t look away" and "the children of Gaza need you, give them your voice".

Amazing show of solidarity from those who care for the most vulnerable.
The political ‘leaders’ do not speak for the people.

But a spokesperson for Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Trust, which operates the hospital, denied any involvement with the projection or the footage.
“We are aware of a video currently circulating on social media of images being projected on to the side of St Thomas' Hospital. While we are appalled by the loss of all innocent lives during conflict, this video was not created by or with the permission of the Trust,” they said.
The Standard has contacted the Trust for further comment.
The clip, entitled Don’t Look Away, was originally posted to X by trade unionist Howard Beckett. It is unclear who created the video.
More than 26,400 people have died since the beginning of the conflict in Gaza, according to the Hamas-run health ministry.
The fighting is part of Israel’s efforts to end Hamas’ control of the Gaza Strip since the October 7 attack, when Hamas militants invaded southern Israel, killed around 1,200 people and took about 250 people hostage.
Last month, healthcare workers held a silent march from St Thomas' hospital to Downing Street to call for an immediate ceasefire in the conflict.
