NFL Week 8 Awards: This ref made the weirdest call for an ‘unlike football’ move on Eagles’ Brandon Graham

Sunday’s NFL Week 8 action had a little bit of everything, including Russell Wilson saying his cringey catchphrase after leading the Broncos to a win over the Jaguars in London.

We saw an absolutely wild ending in Atlanta that included a brutal penalty called against Carolina’s D.J. Moore for celebrating a Hail Mary TD in the final seconds of regulation.

We saw Zach Wilson throw a couple of really bad interceptions in the Jets loss at home to Mac Jones and the Patriots.

And we saw Cowboys LB Micah Parsons score a brilliant TD after he realized he hadn’t been touched by Justin Fields.

Let’s have some fun and hand out some awards for the good, the bad, and the hilarious from Sunday’s action.

Weirdest call by a ref: This delay of game call on the Eagles' Brandon Graham.

Graham apparently tried to pull a fast one but the refs caught him and then made this weirdly worded call:

My pal Christian D’Andrea explained what happened there:

I’ve never seen that one before!

Best TD dance: This fish dance by Jamaal Williams.

This is art.

Best job of throwing a TD pass when that’s not normally his job: Christian McCaffrey.

This was sweet.

McCaffrey, by the way, ran for a TD, threw for a TD, and caught a TD pass against the Rams on Sunday. That’s a pretty good day with his new team!

Best job of blocking a field goal with his face: Arizona's Leki Fotu.

Now that’s using your head! Or face. Whatever.  I hate myself.

Smoothest one-handed TD grab: DeAndre Hopkins.

This was easy.

The worst INT when all the QB had to do was throw it out of bounds: This throw by Zach Wilson.

This was UGLY.

Coolest onside kick attempt: Braden Mann.

This failed, but it was still pretty cool.

Creepiest fan: This clown in Houston.

Seriously, look at this clown.

Also, look at this alien in Seattle.

Best taunt after scoring his third TD in the first half: This double point by A.J. Brown.

This was worth the penalty.

The worst job of lining up onside: Detroit’s Amani Oruwariye.

I mean, you weren’t even close, dude!
