San Francisco 49ers (No. 1 overall)
The 49ers remain No. 1 after moving up last week. They beat the Seahawks 28-16 and are now the NFC No. 1 seed, tied with the Eagles and Cowboys at 10-3.
Los Angeles Rams (No. 13 overall)
The Rams lost a heartbreaker in overtime to the Ravens on a punt return for a touchdown.
They remained No. 13 overall.
Seattle Seahawks (No. 16 overall)
Seattle fell two spots from No. 14 in their loss to the Niners. They were competitive with Drew Lock starting at quarterback in place of Geno Smith, who injured his groin. However, Seattle is now under .500.
Arizona Cardinals (No. 28 overall)
The Cardinals fell three spots despite not losing. They also didn’t win as they were on their bye.
