The Seattle Seahawks are a tough team to place right now for a lot of reasons, the main one being that it’s impossible to quantify what a new head coach can do for a team. If Mike Macdonald is as good as advertised, we expect what was a horrific run defense to be no worse than average and the pass rush to improve significantly, especially with Byron Murphy II in the bunch.
The major question is if they did enough to improve the offensive line. While Seattle drafted three guards, we can probably only bank on Christian Haynes being a starter in 2024 and late Day 3 picks tend not to move the needle much.
