Twelve weeks are now in the books. Quite a few teams are still hard to get a pulse on, like the Cleveland Browns and Denver Broncos. Some teams are also competitors like the Baltimore Ravens and the Philadelphia Eagles. Now sitting in Week 13, how will these teams fit into this week’s edition of NFL Power Rankings?
The Broncos have now won five in a row, but is it too little too late? The Browns still control their own destiny, but can they find any sustainability under center at the quarterback position? The AFC still finds itself wide open with six weeks to go in the NFL season. The Eagles are set to get their hands dirty with back-to-back weeks against firm competitors as they sit with the NFL’s best record.
The league is going to get interesting as teams race to the finish line, looking for a playoff spot by the time January rolls around. Here are this week’s NFL Power Rankings as we now get set to lock into Week 13’s slate of games.
32
Carolina Panthers (1-10)
It only took 11 games for this regime to come to an end. Owner David Tepper is establishing himself as a perpetual meddler.
31
New England Patriots (2-9)
Losing to the New York Giants and their third-string quarterback is a new low.
30
Arizona Cardinals (2-10)
Getting cut apart by the ghost of the Los Angeles Rams is a tough outcome.
29
New York Jets (4-7)
The Jets might not win another game this season.
28
Washington Commanders (4-8)
Back-to-back ugly losses have put the Commanders in a bad spot.
27
New York Giants (4-8)
The Giants rattling off back-to-back wins with Tommy DeVito was not on my bingo card.
26
Chicago Bears (4-8)
Even with a win over the Vikings, the Bears are not a good football team.
25
Tennessee Titans (4-7)
The Titans are going to hit a crossroad this offseason.
24
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-7)
It has been the same old Baker Mayfield in Tampa this season. He is the exact same player he was with the Browns.
23
Cincinnati Bengals (5-6)
Jake Browning is going to struggle to scratch off wins for the Bengals.
22
Los Angeles Chargers (4-7)
The Chargers have lost all benefit of the doubt.
21
New Orleans Saints (5-6)
Does anyone want to win the NFC South?
20
Atlanta Falcons (5-6)
Winning a division with a record of 5-6 is hilariously pathetic.
19
Minnesota Vikings (6-6)
The Josh Dobbs magic is running out. The Browns won the trade.
18
Las Vegas Raiders (5-7)
The floor has been raised under Antonio Pierce, but the ceiling is still low.
17
Los Angeles Rams (5-6)
Matthew Stafford is back to playing high-level football. The Browns will have their hands full this week.
16
Pittsburgh Steelers (7-4)
It wasn’t as ugly without former offensive coordinator Matt Canada, but it wasn’t pretty.
15
Green Bay Packers (5-6)
Is Jordan Love turning a corner?
14
Indianapolis Colts (6-5)
Shane Steichen deserves some NFL Coach of the Year award consideration.
13
Cleveland Browns (7-4)
Dorian Thompson-Robinson started to find his stride against the Broncos. Can he clear the concussion protocol in time to make it back for the Browns this week?
12
Seattle Seahawks (6-5)
The Seahawks are sliding, and it will not get any easier over their next three games.
11
Buffalo Bills (6-6)
After starting the season as a top competitor, the pathway to the playoffs is now slim for the Bills.
10
Denver Broncos (6-5)
With five wins in a row, including three against teams with winning records, the Broncos are in a position to make the playoffs after starting 1-5.
9
Houston Texans (6-5)
A missed kick away from a comeback win, C.J. Stroud and the Texans continue to exceed expectations.
8
Miami Dolphins (8-3)
They are getting the benefit of the doubt from an easy schedule, but the Dolphins keep winning regardless.
7
Detroit Lions (8-3)
It’s time to take a look at the quality of wins on the schedule of the Lions.
6
Jacksonville Jaguars (8-3)
The Jaguars’ pathway to the playoffs is locked in.
5
Kansas City Chiefs (8-3)
The Chiefs are far from bulletproof as the weapons around Patrick Mahomes are struggling.
4
Dallas Cowboys (8-3)
Dallas is rolling on both sides of the ball and Dak Prescott is playing some of his best football.
3
Baltimore Ravens (9-3)
There will be no surprise if the Ravens make a Super Bowl run.
2
San Francisco 49ers (8-3)
Are the 49ers officially back? They play the Eagles this week as a real test.
1
Philadelphia Eagles (9-1)
The Eagles are set to face the Niners and the Cowboys over the next two weeks. Get your popcorn ready.
