The Miami Dolphins’ season continues to take embarrassing and unfortunate turns. In an AFC East matchup against the Buffalo Bills in Week 7, Dolphins defensive tackle Christian Wilkins got ejected on the second play from scrimmage.
After quarterback Josh Allen threw an incompletion, Wilkins and Bills tackle Cody Ford got tied up. Wilkins then threw a punch at Ford’s helmeted head. Officials flagged Wilkins for a 15-yard penalty and sent him to the locker room.
If the Dolphins are going to win a game, they’re probably not going to want to lose their 2019 first-round pick, who is the best defender on a team that’s devoid of talent
Because the Dolphins are winless (and in a state of general despair while they intentionally lose), media members and fans roasted the team after seeing Wilkins’ ejection.
