In an 11-year NFL career, Cam Newton developed a reputation for being one of the league’s most fun quarterbacks. Newton was not only a dynamite athlete, he enjoyed himself on the field, taunting his opponents while playing up a larger-than-life persona.
Newton’s social media font usage (between Twitter and Instagram, anyway) seems to reflect much of the same sentiment. After the 33-year-old Newton revealed he’d be throwing at Auburn’s Pro Day — launching an apparent NFL comeback — football fans on Twitter were reminded of his trademark unique font.
The best way to describe it? A bit hard on the eyes at first and even more challenging to read. And the QB hasn’t stopped using it in his time away from the NFL.
On Twitter, folks roasted Newton’s font as he revealed his latest pro football plans.
