The Detroit Lions beat the Los Angeles Chargers, 41-38, in an absolute thriller at SoFi Stadium on Sunday afternoon to move to 7-2 on the season.
Dan Campbell and his coaching staff made a risky decision (which Jared Goff loved) on the final drive that paid off and allowed the team to kick a game winning field goal as time expired.
The Lions now stand alone atop the NFC North standings, leading the Vikings who are in second at 6-4.
Moments after Sunday’s win, Tony Romo said on the CBS broadcast that the Lions could win the Super Bowl this year, something they’ve never done before:

Ok I'm ecstatic we won. But we should not be talking Superbowl yet. Long season still ahead of us. Great start but we have to continue this play https://t.co/PXgxo0hUUH
