Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots had their season come to an end with a 17-3 loss at home to the New York Jets on Sunday.
Now the football world waits to see if Belichick’s legendary run with the franchise will come to an end, too.
The Patriots finished the season 4-13 and missed out on the postseason yet again. Belichick, who shared a special moment with Aaron Rodgers before the game, has had rumors swirling about his coaching future for basically most of the disappointing season.
