If you’re betting on a Minnesota Vikings game and Kirk Cousins is playing on a Monday night, chances are you should bet against him.
That trend continued on Monday night in a 24-7 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2 of the 2022 season. Cousins went 27-for-46 with just one touchdown and three interceptions.
This is hardly the first time he lost on Monday night. Per James Palmer, he’s 2-10 on Monday Night Football. He’s also 2-10 against the spread (bleh), a sign that he’s not even close when it comes to competing in prime time.
