The College Football Playoff will feature plenty of top NFL talents, whether they are eligible or not. This is the talent level you expect to see in a game of caliber.
It was a bit of a shock when Quinshon Judkins left Ole Miss and opted to join the Ohio State Buckeyes, especially with TreVeyon Henderson returning for another season in Columbus. Judkins and Henderson were quite the duo, both coming up in big situations for head coach Ryan Day. The Buckeyes are now just one win away from their first national title since 2014, the year of the College Football Playoff.
It isn’t a foregone conclusion that Judkins will declare for the NFL draft, but it is likely. He has been productive for all three seasons at the college level and now his biggest challenge awaits, the NFL whenever he decides to jump up to the professional level.
Quinshon Judkins, Running Back
Draft Projection: Round 2
Judkins was a highly productive running back in his two seasons with the Ole Miss Rebels before moving to the Ohio State Buckeyes prior to the 2024-25 season. Judkins didn’t produce at the same level this past season but he didn’t need to be a top producer given the talent level around him. Not to mention splitting time in the backfield with TreVeyon Henderson. Judkins is a dynamic weapon, who can create mismatches at the NFL level.
