We recently discussed the dynamic defensive line that the Clemson Tigers have and they lived up to the hype on Monday night against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, but we are moving through the college football season fast and ferociously.
Welcome to Week 2 of the 2022 college football season. We had two match-ups Friday night. I probably chose the game that is less interesting to most, but Boise State and New Mexico is an extremely interesting Mountain West match-up and the Bosie State Broncos feature a few interesting prospects that would be interesting fits for the Clevland Browns.
Boise State is going through a bit of a quarterback controversy, but we will see what happens.
JL Skinner, S, 6'4", 220 pounds
JL Skinner is an absolute stud who would have likely been an early-round draft pick last season had he declared. The former three-star California recruit has become a star and a versatile defender against both the pass and run.
#BoiseState S JL Skinner kicked off the 2022 season with 12 tackles and an INT.

John Ojukwu, OT, 6'6", 300 pounds
John Ojukwu is in his sixth season as a starter for Boise State and he has been an All-Mountian West performer in a majority of them and may even earn All-American honors this season.
Boise State is like O-Line U lite and it is a safe bet that the Boise State captain has a nice career in the NFL, especially considering he is one of the nation’s best pass protectors.

Hank Bachmeier, QB, 6'1", 210 pounds
Hank Bachmeier was benched last week against Oregon State, but I expect him to get the starting nod back and become the first Boise State quarterback to be drafted since 1975. When Bachmeier cooks, the dude is one of the most valuable players in the country and he has a big arm to match.

Bachmeier threw for 170 yards and three touchdowns to go along with an interception on Friday night.
