NFL DFS Week 11 optimal lineup

Devising the perfect Daily Fantasy Sports strategy for the NFL can be a challenge, which is why I'm here to assist.

On DraftKings, it's important to remember you're playing full-point PPR with bonuses if a player surpasses 300 passing yards, 100 rushing yards or 100 receiving yards.

Here is my optimal lineup for Sunday's $3 million Fantasy Football Millionaire contest, but can be utilized as a foundation in other games and platforms.

All prices listed are courtesy of DraftKings with a $50,000 budget.

These lineups have netted $230, so I'm in the black $50 through 10 weeks.

— QB: Josh Allen, Bills ($8,500)

It didn't look like Allen had any limitations stemming from his UCL injury against the Vikings, plus he's avoiding the "thundersnow" and insane blizzard conditions in Western New York since the matchup with the Browns has been moved to Detroit.

— RB: Saquon Barkley, Giants ($8,900)

The Lions have allowed 5.0 yards per carry and 11 rushing touchdowns to running backs this season. Barkley didn't quite meet my expectations last week against the Texans, despite running for 152 yards and a TD on 35 carries. I expect similar high-volume, but more participation out of the backfield (he only received one target last week).

— RB: Antonio Gibson, Commanders ($5,600)

The Texans have allowed the most fantasy points to running backs this season. Either Brian Robinson Jr. ($5,300) or Gibson makes sense, but I'm going with Gibson because of his upside in the passing game (DraftKings is a full-PPR format).

— WR: Stefon Diggs, Bills ($8,300)

Diggs is third in receptions (eight) and receiving yards per game (109.4). He's also tied for third in touchdown receptions (seven) this season and has had his share of big games at Ford Field.

— WR: Donovan Peoples-Jones, Browns ($4,600)

Peoples-Jones has at least four receptions and 50 yards in six straight games — five of those games he has at least 71 yards — and he's due some positive-TD regression. A negative game script should force Cleveland to pass more than usual, making the speedy DPJ a solid bring back option to stack with Allen and Diggs.

— WR: Ben Skowronek, Rams ($3,900)

Cooper Kupp's production will have to be spread across multiple players. I expect Skowronek to operate mostly out of the slot, which is most similar to where Kupp would do most of his damage.

— TE: Greg Dulcich, Broncos ($3,800)

Dulcich disappointed last week with only one reception for 11 yards after beginning his career with three straight solid performances. Both Jerry Jeudy and KJ Hamler are out and the Raiders have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to tight ends this season. This is a bounce-back opportunity.

— FLEX: Cole Kmet, Bears ($4,100)

Kmet is riding the Justin Fields wave like everybody else. He's the overall TE1 across all formats since Week 8 on the strength of five TDs in three games. The Falcons have allowed the NFL's third-most receptions (59) and third-most yards (588) to tight ends this season.

— DST: Pittsburgh Steelers ($2,300)

The Bengals are coming to town this week and are probably still having nightmares from a Week 1 dismantling at the hands of TJ Watt and his teammates in Cincy, where they forced five turnovers, sacked Joe Burrow seven times, blocked a kick and scored a TD. Only Fields has been sacked more than Burrow this season.
