The NFC West had a good week in Week 15. The division went 3-1 with the Arizona Cardinals being the only losers. But they played the San Francisco 49ers, so someone had to lose.

The Rams are the No. 7 seed in the NFC right now and the Seahawks are just behind them.
Here are the current NFC West standings:

- Los Angeles Rams, 7-7 (4-1 division)
- Seattle Seahawks, 7-7 (1-4 division)

San Francisco 49ers
The offense was humming against the Cardinals with a 45-29 win. Brock Purdy strengthened his MVP case with four touchdown passes. Christian McCaffrey scored three times and had 187 total yards from scrimmage.
They clinched the division title and, with the Cowboys and Eagles both losing, have a full game lead as the top seed in the NFC.
Los Angeles Rams
The Rams built a 20-0 lead and beat the Commanders 28-20. They are the No. 7 seed in the NFC and would be in the playoffs if the season ended today.
Sitting at 7-7, they hold a head-to-head tiebreaker over the Seahawks.
Matthew Stafford had two touchdown passes, Cooper Kupp had eight catches for 111 yards and a score an Kyren Williams rushed for 152 yards and a score in the win.
Seattle Seahawks
Drew Lock threw a 29-yard touchdown pass to rookie receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba with 28 seconds left in the game Monday night to beat the Philadelphia Eagles 20-17. Safety Julian Love picked of Jalen hurts twice.
The Seahawks are eighth in the NFC, just outside the playoffs because they lost twice to the 7-7 Rams this season.
